Jump
Where should I start?
This depends on what you want out of the experience, and how fit and self confident you are.
I want to try freefall, but I'm not too sure about the jumping part!
The best way to test how you like skydiving is by doing a taster session in the wind tunnel. If you decide to take the sport further then it is excellent practise for later, or it can just be a very enjoyable afternoon out.
I want to experience freefall on my first jump!
We recommend doing an AFF Level 1 jump, during which you get to do a full skydive with two instructors and get a video to take home. Having done this, it is very easy to come back and progress further through the sport, if you decide to do so.
Skydiving sounds like a fun hobby, but AFF is too expensive
Try RAPS, starting with a First Jumps Course. This requires less intensive training, and costs less, but will take lots of commitment to see through and can take longer than expected.
Make me a skydiver now!
AFF all the way!
Why should I do it through Skydive Warwick?
As the largest skydiving club in the UK, we are able to negotiate the best deals from our home dropzone, to save you money. Not only that, but through support from Warwick Students Union, Warwick Sport,
and Sponsorship deals, we are able to offer subsidies to our members for progression through the sport and for entering competitions when more experienced, as well as providing subsidised transport almost every weekend of the academic year.
